What can it not do?

Covers vehicles sold in the US.
Recalls are listed for the year, make and model; a recall may cover only part of production.
Repair status for a specific VIN requires the source VIN lookup.
Missing decoded values mean the data source has no data for that field.
Up to 40 outside requests per call; unchecked items have an error.
